Deng Linlin wins Chinese Nationals

In the pre-olympic hype many (including the media) had forgotten 2008 olympian Deng LinLin when picking names for the olympic team. She has thrown herself right back into the frame with a win at the Chinese National Championships. This event was touted as an olympic trial s it would be difficult for the chinese federation NOT to send her to London now. Also putting herself in the frame is the very diminuitive Shang Chunsong, who tied for third all-around with Tan Sixin.

Next to the USA,  China is shaping up to be the deepest team, there will be a lot of VERY talented chinese gymnasts who just miss out on an olympic berth.
